During the PRP/ PRFM treatment, typically 1-2 small vials of blood will be taken (and more if used for hair thinning). Using the Selphyl system, the blood components are separated and PRP is extracted. This is then converted to PRFM, and applied topically as well as injected beneath the skin using a cannula or needle.
