Dr. Anita’s signature nonsurgical procedure uses artfully placed fillers and neurotoxins to create balance and harmony amongst your facial features. This approach is tailored to achieve stunning results that showcase your greatest assets, produce a lifting effect, smooth out transition areas and contour irregularities, create natural highlights to your face, and even give the impression of weight loss.
The key is Dr. Anita’s comprehensive and cohesive vision and plan. Rather than leaving each patient with identical looking lips, noses, or cheeks, this treatment works to enhance the unique beauty of the individual, with gentle alterations and enhancements that leave them looking like the very best version of themselves.
Beautiful effects are not necessarily related to how much product is used. In fact, Dr. Anita can often use less of a product and get superior results. The ability to create such amazing results requires an understanding of underlying anatomy, and of how a subtle change in one feature affects how the entire face looks.
This requires paying attention to how light hitting the face from different angles will influence how the features are perceived and a knowledge of what is truly natural beauty, versus contours, shapes, and proportions that are artificially created and not found in nature. It also requires paying attention to how features look when you move your face and smile, since the goal is to create real-life beauty, not just contours that look good in a selfie. These are all factors Dr. Anita considers during the Liquid Makeover.
Dr. Anita will then perform a comprehensive analysis of your entire face, photographing and examining your individual features and analyzing how each feature relates to and affects the appearance of other features. Together, you and Dr. Anita will look at your face on an iPad Pro, and Dr. Anita will explain point by point what changes she believes will bring out the best in you, creating a refreshed, rejuvenated, and beautiful look. She will go over the risks, post-treatment care, activity restrictions, and give you time to ask questions.
Next, the Patient Care Coordinator will review pricing for the proposed treatment plan, and allow you to decide what fits your budget and schedule.
You will then fill out consent forms and have topical numbing cream applied to the treatment areas. (Some patients opt to skip the numbing cream, and that is your choice.) The skin will be cleansed, cooled with gel ice packs, and prepped for injection. When multiple areas are being treated, the numbing cream is left on for areas not being immediately addressed to maximize your comfort.
Dr. Anita will then use a custom combination of fillers and neurotoxins in precise amounts and locations in order to reshape, rebalance, and enhance facial features individually, and facial beauty and harmony as a whole.
Pre- and post- photos will be taken to show you the immediate side-by-side comparison and highlight changes. Your next visit will be at 2 weeks for assessment and touch-up if desired or recommended, or additional treatment if that is part of the plan.
Please Note: These are general estimates that may or may not apply to you individually.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and cashier checks. We also work with two third-party financing companies, Care Credit and Alphaeon Credit. You can find more information and apply for credit online using the links below.
During your consultation, Dr. Anita will take time to learn about your concerns and aesthetic goals, create a custom treatment plan, and discuss the treatment in detail. She will go through your medical history and make sure you are a good candidate for treatment.
Topical numbing cream is applied. After allowing time for it to take effect, the treatment area is cleansed, iced, and prepped for injection. The injections then begin, and progress from area to area, until completed. If laughing gas is desired, this is taken just before injections begin, and as needed during treatment. Pre- and post- treatment photos are taken. Your comfort, safety, and results are our priority, so if at any time you would like to pause, or see the results, please inform us.
Post-injection instructions and precautions are provided, and a 2-week follow-up visit is scheduled for overall assessment and touch-up if advised.
You can take 10+ years off of your face in a natural appearing way using fillers and neurotoxins like Botox. The key in whether or not your results look natural is the surgeon (or other injector) making the judgement call on what is needed and where, and how it is injected. The fillers and toxins themselves are merely tools in the surgeon’s toolbox.
Damaged skin can be repaired in a number of ways, most often using lasers, photofacials, peels, and excellent medical grade skin care regimen, with products tailored to your skin, and sun protection to prevent future damage.
You can rejuvenate aging skin using a variety of treatments, the specific combination of which depends on what is being treated and the current condition of the skin. Most common rejuvenating treatments include radiofrequency treatments for skin tightening and collagen stimulation, fractional laser treatments or radiofrequency resurfacing treatments to smooth the skin and build more collagen, with or without PRP or PRFM, photofacials to combat sun damage and skin discoloration, and topical skin care regimens. Many of the treatments are recommended in a series, with maintenance treatments to follow.
Nonsurgical facial rejuvenation can refer to many different treatments, that can enhance one’s appearance without surgery. Often it refers to Botox (or alternative like Dysport) and fillers, to decrease wrinkles and restore or enhance volume, lift, shape, or proportions. It can also refer to specific skin tightening and rejuvenating treatments such as lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound, etc. It can also be used to refer to threadlifts, which lift and reposition without any incisions or surgery.
Facial rejuvenation works really well when done by proper professionals with artistic vision, meticulous technique, and expert skill.
How long facial rejuvenation lasts depends on what treatment is done, with some treatments requiring a series or touchups more frequently than others. For example, toxins typically last 3-6 months, whereas fillers last longer, and regular skin maintenance enhances and prolongs the effects of skin treatments.
There is such a large variety of nonsurgical rejuvenation, and what nonsurgical facelift or nonsurgical rejuvenation is best for one person may not be the best for another. It is truly an individualized and custom approach for each and every patient.
The cost of facial rejuvenation varies widely, depending on what treatment or combination of treatments is being performed. Some injectors go by the estimate of 1 syringe per decade, so if you are coming in for the first time in your 50’s you can estimate needing 5 syringes of product. This can cost several thousand dollars and up.
